Here goes my first attempt at blogging…My husband and I have recently purchased the Hotel Charlotte and Charlotte Bistro & Bar.  We are a young couple that decided to follow the mantra “if not now, when?” and have jumped feet first into our dream of living in a breath taking location doing what we are passionate about – hosting interesting people, enhancing guest experiences and serving memorable organic clean food.

I only have two days remaining at my previous job (sr. director of client services at a wellness company) and one of my favorite clients recently made me realize that what we’re doing is facinating to others and that I should start a blog to give you all a little insight into the crazy world of running a hotel and restauarnt and all that comes along with that.  I’m looking forward to sharing a little window into our world from the intersting guests we have to the details of our upcoming renovation project!
